Shipping Methods and Costs

Depending on the item(s) you purchase from Liberti and the destination of your order, your shipping costs will vary. Your shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order, and will automatically update during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.

By default, all orders are shipped standard via ground delivery. Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 2-7 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that shipping time may vary due to time of year.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with carrier and order tracking information, which will allow you to track your order’s status online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to appear in the system.

Defective items

If your Liberti item has a defect, Liberti will provide a replacement within 90 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you. As our jewelry and accessories are handmade by Liberti Creators, products may occasionally be out of stock. If this happens we will be glad to issue a gift voucher or exchange. Liberti also stands behind all of its products and we will make every effort to see that your needs are met. Simply email customersupport@libertiusa.com with your name, invoice number, and details of the defect.

Rules and Restrictions

Please note that orders are shipped only from Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays within US.

All expedited orders require a street address in order to be processed.

Currently Liberti ships only in the United States and Canada. Please contact us at info@libertiusa.com if you would like to make a purchase from a location outside the U.S. and Canada.
